Rental Terms:
By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to lease the Property for an initial term of one month. You are not obligated to renew this Agreement beyond the initial term. If the Property is not returned to Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store upon the expiration of the initial lease period, this lease will automatically renew at the beginning of each successive monthly lease period, and you agree to pay the monthly rental fee for each renewed lease period.

Termination Option:
You have the option to terminate this Agreement at any time before the end of a monthly lease period by returning the Property to Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store, located at 1241 Taraval St, San Francisco, CA 94116, USA, in good condition, which fully satisfies your future obligations under this Agreement. However, please note that any accrued monthly rental payments, late charges, and shipping charges incurred prior to the return of the Property remain your responsibility. Your obligation under this Agreement will not cease until Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store regains possession of the Property. Please be advised that you will not receive a refund for any amounts owed prior to returning the Property.

Exchange Option:
In the event that you decide to switch to a new agreement with a different instrument, Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store will credit up to 50% of the monthly rental payments made on the previous Agreement towards the initial balance of payments for the new agreement. This policy applies to all agreements, including those for Step-Up instruments.

Optional Maintenance Service:
In the event of a purchase, Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store will provide maintenance and repair services for any defects arising from normal wear and use or accidental damage, subject to the maintenance charge specified in this Agreement. However, this service does not cover damages resulting from negligence or abuse, lacquer or finish deterioration, replacement of bow hair, repair of cosmetic dents, or replacement of expendable accessories such as mouthpieces, reeds, lubricants, strings, drumsticks, and drumheads. This repair service will be provided only if You are not in default on this Agreement and will terminate if You fail to make any payments due under this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the Property in good condition and for any costs associated with servicing or repairing the Property while it is being leased, including replacement of expendable accessory items. No repair shop other than Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store or one designated by Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store may work on the instrument. You will be responsible for paying the fair market value of the Property (not to exceed the cash price) if the Property is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, even if the fault is not yours.

If purchased, this maintenance and repair service applies to the Property described in this Agreement for each consecutive month that You have paid for this service. The Monthly Maintenance Charges may be subject to sales tax.

Monthly Payment:
Payments for rental of the Property are expected to be settled on or before the 5th, 15th, or 25th day of each month, with the specific due date determined by the closest date to 30 days from the inception of this contract. If the due date of your payment falls on a non-business day or banking holiday, the payment will be processed on the last business day prior to the due date. In the event that your payment is returned or your card is declined, a late fee of $10 will be applied ten (10) days past the payment due date, and any future payments will be allocated towards any outstanding late charges before being applied to the rental fees on the account.

Repossession Rights:
In the event that you fail to renew this Agreement or breach its terms, Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store reserves the right to repossess the Property. In such an event, you agree to either return the Property to Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store at 1241 Taraval St, San Francisco, CA 94116, USA or arrange for Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store to retrieve it. It is agreed that Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store may also retrieve the Property from your child's school. You will be responsible for any outstanding monthly rental payments accrued prior to Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store's acquisition of possession. Failure or refusal to comply with this requirement will result in your obligation to pay for Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store's expenses related to the repossession, including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees, as permitted under state law or as awarded under section 506(b) of the bankruptcy code.

Notice of Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store 's Right to Cancel:
In the event that your credit rating does not meet the requirements set by Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement within one week after its execution and to promptly retrieve the Property. Prior to returning the Property to Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store at 1241 Taraval St, San Francisco, CA 94116, USA, you will be held responsible for any damage sustained by the Property.

Notice of Right to Reinstate the Agreement:
If You fail to make a timely monthly rental payment, You may reinstate this agreement within three rental terms after the expiration of the rental term for which You last made a timely monthly rental payment without losing any rights or options which exist under the Agreement, by paying the following amounts: (1) all past due rental payments, including any applicable sales tax; (2) the reasonable cost of pick-up and delivery if the Property has been picked up by Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store or its representative; and (3) any applicable late charges. To have this right of reinstatement, You must have returned or voluntarily surrendered the Property upon Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store's request at their business location at 1241 Taraval St, San Francisco, CA 94116, USA. If You exercise this right of reinstatement, Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store will provide You with the same property or substituted property of comparable quality and condition. However, if You did not voluntarily return the Property at the request of Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store, You will not have the right to reinstatement.

Additional Terms and Conditions of this Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between You and Inspire Music Lesson and Music Store and may not be amended except in writing and signed by both parties. If more than one individual signs this Agreement as 'Lessee,' they will be jointly and severally liable. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable under state law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If You have signed a separate Credit Application in connection with this transaction, the terms of that application shall be incorporated into this Agreement upon signing. By signing this Agreement, You acknowledge that it was completed before signing, and You have read and understood all of the obligations outlined herein.

Prior to electronically signing this Agreement, it is important that you take the time to thoroughly read it. We want to ensure that you fully understand the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Additionally, you have the right to receive a copy of this Agreement for your records.
